i thought i d blog today, but my 140 character thoughts won let me.. so i resort back to a usual hi- hello sorts post.
Feb is the month of love (n coll fests). NO no no ones surprised at that.. its not news.. just. Valentine's day coming up. i din even know tat day existed til i saw dil to pagal hai (like i din know there was friendship day till kuch kuch hota hai happened). Maya took love to a different level, n somewhere i believed in all the ideas she put in tat movie.. everything from the full-moon valentine, to "kahin na kahin koi hai"...
its been years since tat movie now...n after many broken hearts n half valentines, i still believe in those notions. i guess that's the magic of Indian movies, they are all fairy tales. beyond reality. and we dreamers by nature, live in them. Every chick hoping of bumping into that hot guy in the college, or wearing the best suits home in the hope of the cute neighbour knocking on your door for adha cup cheeni.. n then those others committed (or its complicated ones) hoping tat "HE" does la SRK cute stuff, n hope invisible pianos play tum paas aaye when it rains... ( o even tat aur paas scene from dtph, sensuous!!!)
n every year for valentine's.. i do nothing different from any other day(besides ma super important exam this year) , but i hope tat some day i'll have my perfect valentine's day... a candle flickering in the light breeze, lots of chocolate, a bottle of wine, faint light music... me n my mate.. n a star-filled night... just like the movies!
